Thirty-Year Reunion Rocks at Wynfrey Hotel

About 170 people showed up for the Erwin High School class of 1976 30-year reunion Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006, at the Wynfrey Hotel in Birmingham.

And except for the DJ who must have played “Freebird” three times, it rocked. I will admit it was more interesting and fun than I expected, which just goes to show you that the Baby Boomer Bicentennial class still knows how to party hardy after all these years - along with the class of 1977 and ‘78 of course.

We’ve put together this Web site and blog (or journal) to commemorate the event - and the class as the people continue to move through their lives and grow. And so those who did and did not attend can see the photos, add more photos, tell stories and make comments - and so anyone looking around on the Web can potentially hook up with old friends.
